Honor System/ rings

Im not too comfortable with the honor system, I mean I go to Pvp/Mvm's but im a voy and I always lose, I have -300 honor @_@ is there some way you could make it easier for spirit classes to gain honor like say a whole stack of signets in exchange for 100 honor. or something not too insane.
also I'd like to make a suggestion towards rings/corals are corals fuseable? and if not is there a place to get rings? There are currently no guides regarding those topics is only reason I ask (plus no one speaks english so i cant ask veterans.)
