Connection failed Plz help

1.Then i try to enter server its say ''connection failed ''.
2.Then i press on autopatch its say ''failed to get /patches/patchlist.txt
Please help me with this problems.(Original TOP works perfectly).

try to reinstall our server patch...and make sure no patchs of other servers on it

Angel.I dont understand?I have to download patch and install it again in to my game folder ?
