"Username Invalid"

I already REGISTER but still the GAME keep on saying "UserName Invalid!" but I can Log in at the SITE..HELP? IM NEW HERE!

i want to join this GAME! T_T

first I saw error that looks like this:


* There was a problem communicating with the SMTP-Server.
* Error-Text: The SMTP connection failed to start [smtp.somewhere.com:25]: fsockopen returned Error Number 0 and Error String 'php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Host desconocido. '

problem with the client or server site.?

At site:
because when I try to register a new account. still got that kind of error..

At client:
when I try to log in my prev. account, It says "User Name INVALID!"

technical issues..

i never had a problem like that before..

anyone pls help..
