Paw Bug

Hi i have a Paw lvl 55 fused with lance 100% lvl 3 wind lvl 2 shadow 1 sokect free. I cant wear it in system appears "Item not in used". Please help Asap since its a vital item to level and going mazes. Ty ty ty

So far i have trade it with other char, i have logged off, and now i have forged lvl 3 shadow gem and nothing. I still cant wear it !!!!
