newbie chest

i cant open newbie chest lvl5.. it said "error. Item ID in inventory is invalid [7521], Game going to exit!" please enlighten

Same problem after clicking newbie chest lvl5 and every time I try to log in with the character it gives me this:

sorry i know this is a old post but i'm bumping it back up because i'm new to this server and it seem to be going on very well..and this problem is happening to me too...it seem....i'm stuck.....please fix this problem ..as soon as possible..and..while i'm at it..everytime my auto-patch try to work it always "fail to get patch 28" ......even though i got 28 already..but it keep saying that...help needed...reply..much appreciated...

hmm....deleted..the old char..made a new one...=,= box open..----- samething happen...X___X..

just saying..dose this only happen to newbie box? if it dose then..i'd rather not open it..and go on with the lvling and stuff..unless the box is really "worth" the opening..=d...if no..i can just trash bin it....althought i really do like it if some help was made..and it was to be fixed...>___<

Lol if u patched it correctly and launch the autopatcher it shouldnt happen, and all u get from that box is a Kylin set, lvl 95 unseal weapons and 2billions (nahh, just kidding xD)
All u get from it is 10mill xD

I want to bump this up because I'm having the same problem (patch 28) Please don't tell me to reinstall the game because that won't work either its a server side error. I tried your patch on 4 different PKO private server files and none of it worked. If you can upload a big patch rather than auto patch please do so because its more convenient if server fails. I'm new and my char is level 9|newbie with a bugged item. Thank you very much if you take action to this.

Thank you very much it works now, but thats a hefty download 60mb(patch) + 48mb (patch from launcher) not hefty for me just worried about the international players but everything works as it should. Good job for responding in less than 24 hours.
