Stuck at character select screen

After I login, I am stuck at this screen. I have waited 15 minutes now but there is no progression from this screen.

What can I do, please?

lol gettted that to first then i clicked on launcher and now server list is gone XD

Anyone know when GM's are on please? I'd rather not waste the rest of my day waiting on a reply if no-one's even gonna be here to try to help

We really want to play this server so we'd greatly appreciate an answer ASAP

EDITED: problem fixed. idk how but now we can log in ^^

Please if u get errors...try by installing a new client TOP (clean from other servers) and then install our patch on it. Then launch the autopatcher and wait....when it ends downloading all the patchs you can enter the game ^^

Hmmm i've got this too, i'll try to reinstall...

i guess ur char isnt going on because icicle is down change ur city start to arg or shaitan

note:i guess the problem is comming from bd mobs in CA

here is mine..

when ur stuck at char select screen..

it is because your char is in the city or map that is down..

the trick is...

try creating a new char..

and change the start point..

that way ull get to know what map is down..

btw., mos of the time..

icicle city is down..

Yes i noticed it isn't my client, it's the map, i also noticed that when u are in argent(or any other working map) and u try to teleport to icicle, all the npc's disapear but u r still conected to server and can read world & trade messages.

I don't think the problem is with the respawn recording, it's most likely that you will get buged when u r there, even if u recorded somwhere else.

Happened to me a few times.
Try these:
If you have more than one chara try all of them.
close TOP and wait about 5mins then restart.
restart your PC.
